Stardust Media Pro - Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to Stardust Media Pro! Thank you for choosing us for your teleprompting service needs. These Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement") govern your use of our website (www.stardustmediapro.com) and our services. By accessing our website, engaging our services, or making a booking, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement. Please read them carefully.

2. Services Provided

Stardust Media Pro offers professional teleprompting services. All engagements include a dedicated Stardust Media operator and Stardust Media equipment to ensure the seamless and professional delivery of your spoken content. Our services may encompass on-site teleprompting operations, virtual teleprompting sessions, and associated script preparation or operator support. Specific details of the services booked, including the scope, duration, location (physical or virtual), and fees, will be confirmed via our booking process or a separate agreement.

3. Booking and Payment Terms

  • Booking Confirmation: Your booking is confirmed upon acceptance of our quotation and agreement to these Terms & Conditions.
  • Payment Terms: Payment for services is due within Net 30 days from the date of the invoice.
  • Forms of Payment Accepted: We accept payment via Check, Zelle, PayPal, and Venmo.
  • Late Payments: Payments not received within the Net 30 day period may be subject to a late fee of [Suggest a standard late fee, e.g., 1.5% per month or a flat fee like $50] on the outstanding balance. Continued delinquency may result in further collection actions, with all associated costs borne by the Client.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Our teleprompting services require dedicated personnel and immediate resource allocation. Therefore, our cancellation and rescheduling policies are strictly enforced to manage operational capacity.

  • 24-Hour Cancellation Window: Any cancellation or request to reschedule a confirmed booking made less than twenty-four (24) hours prior to the Scheduled Service Date and Time will result in the forfeiture of 100% of the service fee.
    • Reasoning: Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice severely limit our ability to reallocate resources, book another client, and often result in direct financial loss for the time and personnel that were exclusively reserved for your booking, including any pre-service preparation.
  • Rescheduling Process: All cancellation or rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@stardustmediapro.com. Verbal cancellations, text messages, or social media notifications are not considered valid.
  • No Flexibility Outside 24 Hours: Please note that if you need to reschedule a confirmed booking and provide notice of more than twenty-four (24) hours, this will be subject to our availability. If a mutually agreeable new date cannot be secured, the original payment is forfeited.

5. Cancellation by Stardust Media Pro

  • Our Commitment: In the unlikely event that Stardust Media Pro must cancel a booking due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (e.g., critical illness of the teleprompter operator, unavoidable equipment failure), we will notify you as soon as possible.
  • Client Options: Upon cancellation by Stardust Media Pro, the Client will be entitled to either:
    • A full refund of all sums paid for the cancelled service.
    • Rescheduling the service at an alternative mutually agreeable date, subject to availability.
  • No Further Liability: Stardust Media Pro's liability in the event of cancellation by our company is strictly limited to the refund or rescheduling options provided herein. We are not responsible for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses you may incur as a result of our cancellation.

6. Force Majeure

Stardust Media Pro shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under this Agreement if such failure or delay arises from any cause beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, governmental actions, pandemics, epidemics, severe weather, natural disasters, power outages, or any other event that makes the performance of services impossible or impractical (collectively, a "Force Majeure Event"). In the event of a Force Majeure Event, Stardust Media Pro will make reasonable efforts to notify the client and will work with the client to reschedule the services. If rescheduling is not possible due to the Force Majeure Event, a full refund will be issued.

7. Website Use and Intellectual Property

  • Website Content: The content on www.stardustmediapro.com, including text, graphics, logos, service descriptions, and company information, is the exclusive property of Stardust Media Pro and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or transmit any content from this website without our prior written consent.
  • Client Provided Materials: You grant Stardust Media Pro a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use any scripts, notes, or other materials you provide for the purpose of rendering the agreed-upon teleprompting services. We will maintain the confidentiality of your proprietary scripts and materials.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Stardust Media Pro's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to the services provided or this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Stardust Media Pro for the specific services that gave rise to the claim. Stardust Media Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits or damage to reputation.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement and any disputes arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to Terms & Conditions

Stardust Media Pro reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the website and our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically for updates.
